1. General Policy
North Texas Driving School strives to provide high-quality driver education and training services. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we have established the following refund and cancellation policies to ensure fairness and transparency.
2. Cancellation Policy
Students must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a scheduled lesson without penalty.
Cancellations made within less than 24 hours of the scheduled lesson will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to the cost of the session.
No-shows or failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice will result in forfeiture of the lesson fee, and the session will not be rescheduled.
North Texas Driving School reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a session due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to inclement weather, instructor availability, or vehicle issues. In such cases, students will be given the option to reschedule without penalty.
3. Refund Policy
Full refunds will only be issued if a student requests cancellation within 48 hours of initial enrollment and no lessons have been attended.
If a student cancels after 48 hours of enrollment but before any lessons have been taken, a partial refund may be granted, minus an administrative processing fee.
No refunds will be issued once a student has attended any lesson(s), except in exceptional cases determined at the discretion of North Texas Driving School.
If a student is dismissed from the program due to a violation of school policies (e.g., misconduct, reckless driving, non-compliance with instructor guidelines), no refund will be provided.
In cases of extreme emergencies (e.g., medical issues), refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis, and students may be required to provide supporting documentation.
4. Course Expiration
All prepaid lessons or packages must be used within six (6) months of the purchase date.
Unused sessions after six months will be forfeited, and no refund will be issued.
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days using the original payment method.
Any processing fees charged by payment providers will be deducted from the total refund amount.
